Cancellation Policy

Hydra Wellness Booking Policy Booking Policy At Hydra Wellness, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and seamless experience for all clients. Please review our booking policies below prior to scheduling your appointment. Appointments All appointments must be booked online through our website or app. A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your appointment. Clients must complete the required intake and consent forms prior to their service. Services are subject to medical approval following consultation and review by our licensed medical provider. Cancellation Policy We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged a $50 fee. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling at the provider’s discretion. Payment & Pricing Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid. Pricing is subject to change. Add-ons must be selected at booking or may be added during your appointment if time allows. Medical Clearance All IV hydration services require completion of a health intake form and medical evaluation. Hydra Wellness reserves the right to decline service if medically inappropriate. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable once administered. Packages and memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
