Medical Director: Micah Andrew Craig, MD
Dr. Micah Andrew Craig, MD, is a board-certified physician with an extensive background in hospital medicine, critical care, and medical education. He served with distinction as a Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Air Force and has since held diverse clinical roles as a hospitalist, pulmonary consultant, and Teladoc physician. Micah earned his MD from St. George’s University and completed his residency training at Skyridge Medical Center in Denver and Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
His academic and leadership contributions are significant, having served as a faculty member at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine and as the former Medical Director at Golden Laser Aesthetics. Beyond his domestic practice, Dr. Craig is deeply committed to global health, having participated in international medical missions in Honduras, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Currently, he also works with Summit Medical Consultants, bringing his vast expertise to evidence-based wellness.
When he is not overseeing the clinical excellence at Hydra Wellness, Micah is an avid outdoorsman and adventurer. He enjoys the challenges of backpacking, fly fishing, climbing, distance running, and SCUBA diving. A passionate global traveler, his diverse life experiences inform his holistic approach to patient care and hydration therapy.

Kiana Grover leads our clinical team with a focus on delivering a reassuring and warm infusion experience. As Head Nurse, she oversees all client care operations, ensuring that every treatment plan is executed with clinical precision and a gentle touch. Her dedication to patient safety and wellness support helps every client feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they step into our lounge.
